Online personal training & nutrition

Built for the next twenty years.

You get a coach on the call for every session you book — watching the reps, correcting the form, adjusting the load as you go. Not a PDF and a group chat.

What you get

Training and food, handled together

Most programmes hand you a plan and a group chat. This one runs on a schedule, so nothing drifts for three months without anyone noticing.

Your training

A programme written for your body

Built around your history, your injuries and the equipment you actually have. Home or gym.

Your diet

A diet plan for your body type

Calories and portions set for your build, your goal and how you eat — veg, non-veg or eggetarian. Indian food, real portions.

Every session

Coached live, not sent to you

I'm on the call for every session you book. Form corrected as you lift, not from a video afterwards.

As you go

The plan changes as you do

Measurements and progress tracked, then the training and the food are retuned. Nothing sits still for three months.

The rhythm

what happens, and how often
Daily

Session and food log

Your workout with sets, reps and coaching notes. Tick the meals off against the day's targets.

Weekly

Check-in with me

What moved, what didn't, and what changes for the week ahead.

Monthly

Measure and rewrite

Weight, waist, hip and photos on a regular cycle. The plan and the portions move with them.

Quarterly

Benchmark test

Push-ups, plank hold, 60-second squats, waist, weight and resting heart rate — against your own baseline.

Nutrition

Food you already eat, measured properly

Chilla, dal, rajma, chicken curry, paneer — three options for every meal, including a quick one for busy days, with simple rules for eating out.

  • Veg, non-veg or eggetarian — the plan follows how you actually eat
  • Pre- and post-workout meals timed around your training days
  • Supplements stay optional — you can hit the targets from food alone
  • Your numbers are yours. Calories and protein are set for your build, your goal and your training days — never copied from someone else's plan

Before you ask

The questions I get most

Do I need a gym, or any equipment?

No. Your programme is written around whatever you have — a pair of dumbbells, a resistance band, or a full gym. Tell me on the consult and I build to it.

Do I need an app?

No. Sessions run over WhatsApp video, Google Meet or iMessage, and your plan and food log come straight to you.

How many sessions do I actually get?

Exactly the number in your plan — one, two, three or four live sessions a week. It is printed on the plans page, and you can move up or down a tier any month.

I'm a complete beginner. Is this too advanced?

It is built for beginners as much as anyone. The first phase is about learning the movements properly — form over reps — before anything gets heavy.

I'm a woman. Will the plan be different?

Yes, and it should be. Your calories, your protein target and your programme are calculated for your body and your goal, not adjusted down from a man's plan.

I have an old injury. Can I still train?

Usually, yes — but tell me about it before we start, and get your doctor's clearance if it is recent or unresolved. The programme is written around it, not despite it.

What if I travel, or fall ill?

Tell me and we move things. There is no lock-in, and you can drop a tier for a month rather than stopping altogether.

How do I pay?

There is nothing to pay on this website. Ask for the consult, I get in touch, and I send you the payment details myself.

In their words

Two people who stuck with it

“I’d done four transformation challenges before this. It’s the first plan that was still working months later, because someone rewrote it as I progressed instead of handing me a PDF.”
RBRonnie Burjorjiclient since 2024
“The part that changed it for me was having someone actually on the call. I’d been training on my own for years with the same three mistakes, and they were corrected in the first week.”

Real client · two cycles

What two cycles actually looks like

Same person, four check-ins, roughly six months apart end to end. Faces are blurred because progress photos belong to the client, not to the marketing.

Results vary with your starting point, your consistency and your health. Nobody is promised a particular outcome.

Start with a consult, not a contract

Forty minutes, ₹799, and two free live demo sessions with it — because one is never enough to judge a coach. Come with your goal, online or in person, and the budget you have in mind.

Before you start. Coaching here is not medical advice. If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or surgery, or being treated for a heart, joint or metabolic condition, please get your doctor's clearance before starting — and tell me about it either way. Stop and seek medical help if you feel chest pain, dizziness or unusual breathlessness during a session.
