Privacy, health and terms
Written in plain language, because you are being asked for medical information and you should know exactly where it goes.
Health first
Coaching provided through ROFIT is not medical advice and is not a substitute for it. If you are pregnant or recently post-natal, recovering from injury or surgery, or being treated for a heart, joint, respiratory or metabolic condition, get your doctor's clearance before you start — and tell your coach either way, because the programme is written around it.
Stop immediately and seek medical help if you feel chest pain, dizziness, faintness or unusual breathlessness during a session. You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for telling your coach about anything that changes in your health while you are training.
No particular result is promised. What you get out of it depends on your starting point, your consistency, your sleep, your stress and your health.
What is collected
- When you book a consult: your name, WhatsApp number and email address, the slot you picked, your goal and anything you type into the notes.
- When you fill in the intake form: date of birth, contact details, your goals and training history, your measurements, and the health information you choose to give — conditions, injuries, medications and dietary needs.
- While you are training: your logged sessions, measurements and any progress photos you send.
- Automatically: the web server records the IP address a form was submitted from, purely to block spam and abuse.
Why, and who sees it
Your health information is used for one thing: writing and adjusting your programme and your diet plan safely. It is seen by your coach and nobody else. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to train anything.
The only third parties involved are the ones that make the site work: the company hosting the web server, and the email provider that delivers your confirmation and your coach's notifications.
Progress photos
Photos you send are for tracking your own progress. They are never published, shown to another client, or used in any advertising unless you have said yes in writing, and you can withdraw that at any time. Where progress photos appear on this site, faces are blurred.
How long it is kept
Your training and health records are kept while you are a client and for two years afterwards, so that a returning client's history is not lost. Enquiries that never became clients are deleted after twelve months.
Your rights over it
Email rofitcenter@gmail.com and you can ask for a copy of everything held about you, ask for anything to be corrected, or ask for all of it to be deleted. Deletion is done within 30 days, other than anything that has to be kept for tax or legal reasons.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and sells nothing to anybody. The only cookie set without asking is a sign-in cookie on the coach's own admin page, which is never set on a visitor's browser.
We use two analytics tools to see which pages help people and which do not — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Neither loads until you accept them, and you are asked before anything is set. If you decline, no analytics cookie is created and no data leaves your browser.
What they see: which pages you visited, roughly where in the world you are, and how you moved through the page. What they never see: anything you type into the booking or intake forms — your name, number, email and health answers are submitted straight to our own server and are never passed to an analytics tool.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser, which brings the choice back.
Terms of coaching
- Payment. There is no checkout on this website and nothing is charged when you book. Your coach contacts you and sends payment details directly.
- Sessions. Your plan states how many live sessions a week it includes. Unused sessions do not roll over into the following month.
- Changing tier. You can move up or down a tier from one month to the next.
- No lock-in. Monthly plans stop whenever you say so, before the next billing date.
- Honesty. The health information you give is relied on to keep you safe. If it is incomplete, the programme cannot account for what it was not told.
